Phorum BB does peek inside of the square brace of "code" and "quote" and corrupts the included text. phpBB code, to which I am accustomed, does not peek inside. The same machines.xml code snippet pasted into the two different forums. Most curious as this should be browser independent. Posted in Safari 5 and failed. Retested in Chrome 5 and Mozilla Firefox 2 with the same error. I know that it should be browser independent, but tested anyway.
