Post Milled Logo
I figured that since we are having the 50 Million Celebration, I might try my hand at making some stuff. I may not have a CNC machine and a foundry, but I do have access to a rather large manual milling machine.
Here is my progress thus far.

That took about 1.5 hours, but about half an hour was spent trimming off a hunk of the aluminum so it would properly fit in the mill's vice.

EDIT: I just measured it to give you some perspective as to how big it is, and it is 95mmx140mmx7mm around the very outside. I had to cut down the 140mm edge to separate it from a very large piece of aluminum.

Okay, I got to work on it for about an hour today.
3 Milling bits, and some maneuvering later...

I have it to about the right depth that I want. Now all I have to do is do the detail work around the head and the wrenches.

(1.21 gigawatts) / (88 miles per hour) = 30757874 newtons

It's a WIP.

After breaking 3 bits for the night, and then realizing how to make the bit speed faster I figured I would call it a night.

Oh, loking forward to those logos soon!
I remember a while ago Tensaiteki tried melting ingots n putting them into a mold of some sort. Where is he now?

So now you use a little ink roller over it and we have Thad Stamps?

I don't think that aluminum is absorbent enough to make a stamp.

Tensaiteki is still around, he did his out of foam on his CNC machine. I would have tried it his way, but I lack a CNC and a foundry.

Steel and iron aren't very absorbent either but people have been using steel or iron dies in printing presses for hundreds of years. You just need a more viscous ink so that it adheres to the die/stamp without running or pooling.
