HAD logo, lost wax.

I did this in my industrial crafts class, I still need to cut off the sprues and polish it up, but it's basically done. It's about 30mm x 28mm x 4mm(at the center, 3mm at the wrenches). I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but after forming the wax I attatched it to a rubber base which want on the flask, I then poured in the plaster, after that died the rubber base was removed and the wax was baked out. The molten metal was then injected my means of centrifuge. larryzotter wrote: Nice. Is it brittle? No, it' seems pretty strong, the metal is from old keys that the school had when the locked were changed, and I think copper from a sheet. Right now I have it as a zipper put, I used the wire from a twist-tie to attach it. I would have made them spoke wrenches, which is only a little bit smaller than what it is now.
